Rano se probudih jutros i uz ovu kišu teško možeš ostati budan. Pomislih kako u biti, čak i volim ovo stanje kada te sve tjera da prilegneš, zaspeš, odeš negdje, a da opet ostaneš budan. Sjećam se da sam još kao mali najviše volio te trenutke između budnog stanja i odlaska u san.
Kao da sam provodio vrijeme tamo gdje sam oduvijek želio, a zatim bi uživao vraćajući se ponovo u stanje između sna i budnog stanja. Kao da se u tim trenucima miješaju jedna i druga realnost, a ti …pokušavaš da se sjetiš odakle to dolaziš.
Sjećam se, takođe da u jednom dijelu mog odrastanja se pojavio Don Huan i Castaneda koji je zorno prikazivao to jednostavno učenje.
Potrebno je samo da prepoznaš vlastite ruke u snu…
Ja nisam učenik , niti sljedbenik Castanede, samo se prepoznah u nekim stvarima.
Tragajući dalje, otkrih da su najaktivniji mišići na našem tijelu očni, provjerite i znajte da sve što vidite u svojim snovima vidite vlastitim očima.
Samo što u snovima ono što vidite vlastitim očima ne prolazi kroz filtere, vidite jasno, a kad se probudite počnete obrađivati filterom u glavi. Pokušajte prepoznati tu buku u glavi, bez filtera je sve puno mirnije i realnije.
