The purpose of magic is to acquire knowledge, power, love, or wealth; to heal or ward off illness or danger; to guarantee productivity or success in an endeavour; to cause harm to an enemy; to reveal information; to induce spiritual transformation; to trick; or to entertain.

I am always fascinated about my need for watching exciting football matches. Excited on the first place. To be excited could be that I am : very enthusiastic and eager or excited about the prospect. Or per Physics : of or in an energy state higher than the normal or ground state.

“the excited atom returns to its former energy state and emits light or other radiation”

Or I like to be thrilled, elated, rapturous, delighted, rapt, ecstatic, delighted, overjoyed…

This could be one point of view, but the other one fascination looks more interesting.

Looks like that fascination looking for me and when I am thrilled, elated, rapturous, delighted, rapt, ecstatic, delighted, overjoyed with a fascination I start to look for the new one. And when you cached once with thrilled, elated, rapturous, delighted, rapt, ecstatic, delighted, overjoyed you stray to look for new fascination on the same place.

Of course it is not only about football, so many other things too, but what I fascinate about football that there is to much magian include.

Stereotypes about football are macho, muscular, physical game and players are usually not so intelligent.  Looks like trained dolls which obey to the master to play as a team against the other team. They start with a trening process as a small kid and most of them just playing a role in the game but some of them have a lucid moment during a game. A lucid moment is something what fascinating the audience. Looks like all players are trying to presents themselves as different than the others, trying to present how unique they are. And in the moments of lucidity they feel like that is moment what they are looking for in their lives. Like they are showing their own magic.  When a moment of lucidity appears on game field, through good move or goal, audience become thrilled, elated, rapturous, delighted, rapt, ecstatic and start to producing enormous amount of energy.

They build huge stadions to have as much as possible souls on one place to produce enormous amount of energy ( if you were on football match you know how that sound can be, like huge peak of energy) and they collect that energy like vampires.

Anton Szandor LaVey, founder of the church of Satan, loves to say the word fascination has an occult origin. Fascination was the term applied the evil eye. To fix a person’s gaze, in the other words, fascinate, was to curse them with the evil eye.

But not only fascination is the magic. You will be surprised how many things which surround us in every day life have magical or occult purpose. Football is just an example, also known as shamanic game …

Magic is obviously knowledge. When you have knowledge of magic you can apply some magic. And it is always crucial moment for every sorcerer to decide how to use that knowledge. What we call white and black sorcerer or witch, is the same knowledge, only difference is for what purposes they use their magic. I am not decide yet start to apply my magic because it is very temtive moment. Hope that nobody will push me to do it …

Isaiah in 5 : 20 said

Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter !

But don’t look for the authorities about this issue, find your own way.

I start to looking for different types of uses of magic.

  • So I found this in wikipedia :

The word witch derives from the Old English nouns wicca Old English pronunciation: [ˈwɪttʃɑ] (‘sorcerer, male witch, warlock‘) and wicce Old English pronunciation: [ˈwɪttʃe] (‘sorceress, female witch’). The word’s further origins in Proto-Germanic and Proto-Indo-European are unclear.

But the noun is “apparently” deverbal (derived from wiccian), but for the verb merely states that it is “of obscure origin”.
“dark,” figuratively “morally unenlightened; gloomy,” from Old  French obscureoccur “dark, clouded, gloomy; dim, not clear” (12c.) and directly from Latin obscurus “dark, dusky, shady,” figuratively “unknown; unintelligible; hard to discern; from insignificant ancestors,” from ob. “over” (see ob-) + -scours “covered,” from PIE root *(s)keu- “to cover, conceal.”

  • Even Catholic church admit existence of sorcery:

Summis desiderantes affectibus (Latin for “desiring with supreme ardor”), sometimes abbreviated to Summis desiderantes[1][2] was a papal bull regarding witchcraft issued by Pope Innocent VIII on 5 December 1484.

A papal bull is a type of public decree, letters patent, or charter issued by a pope of the Catholic Church

Many persons of both sexes, unmindful of their own salvation and straying from the Catholic Faith, have abandoned themselves to devils, incubi and succubi, and by their incantations, spells, conjurations, and other accursed charms and crafts, enormities and horrid offences, have slain infants yet in the mother’s womb, as also the offspring of cattle, have blasted the produce of the earth, the grapes of the vine, the fruits of the trees, nay, men and women, beasts of burthen, herd-beasts, as well as animals of other kinds, vineyards, orchards, meadows, pasture-land, corn, wheat, and all other cereals; these wretches furthermore afflict and torment men and women, beasts of burthen, herd-beasts, as well as animals of other kinds, with terrible and piteous pains and sore diseases, both internal and external; they hinder men from performing the sexual act and women from conceiving, …they blasphemously renounce that Faith which is theirs by the Sacrament of Baptism, and at the instigation of the Enemy of Mankind they do not shrink from committing and perpetrating the foulest abominations and filthiest excesses to the deadly peril of their own souls, …the abominations and enormities in question remain unpunished not without open danger to the souls of many and peril of eternal damnation.

It gave approval for the Inquisition to proceed “correcting, imprisoning, punishing and chastising” such persons “according to their deserts”.

  • In 1 Enoch, Chapter 6 begins the actual Book of the Watchers, the sons of God are the “sons of heaven,” angelic beings led by Shemihazah,  teached humans magical medicines, incantations, the cutting of roots and about plants. It was in beginning, after they teach them and some other things…

So let’s start with a list of different types of using magic, it is a big job, but somebody have to start it. If you find something missing I will appreciate your contribution to the topic.

  • GOETIA

Goetia or Goëtia  is a practice that includes the conjuration of demons, specifically the ones summoned by the Biblical figure, King Solomon. The use of the term in English largely derives from the 17th-century grimoire Lesser Key of Solomon, which features an Ars Goetia as its first section. It contains descriptions of the evocation, or “calling out”, of seventy-two demons, published by Aleister Crowley ( who else) in 1904 as The Book of the Goetia of Solomon the King.

In the book of  The Lesser Key of Solomon, also known as Clavicula Salomonis Regis or Lemegeton , we can find anonymous grimoire (also known as a “book of spells”) on demonology.

For you to know :

GRIMOIRE is a textbook of magic, typically including instructions on how to create magical objects like talismans and amulets, how to perform magical spellscharms and divination, and how to summon or invoke supernatural entities such as angelsspiritsdeities and demons. In many cases, the books themselves are believed to be imbued with magical powers, although in many cultures, other sacred texts that are not grimoires (such as the Bible) have been believed to have supernatural properties intrinsically. In this manner, while all books on magic could be thought of as grimoires, not all magical books should be thought of as grimoires.

  • DEMONOLOGY is the study of demons or beliefs about demons,  especially the methods used to summon and control them. Demons, when regarded as spirits, may belong to either of the classes of spirits recognized by primitive animism ( I was writing about animism before). That is to say they may be human, or nonhuman, separable souls, or discarnate spirits which have never inhabited a body. According to some societies, all the affairs of life are supposed to be under the control of spirits, each ruling a certain “element” or even object, and themselves in subjection to a greater spirit.

We also have  Goetia – The book of evil spirits, with 200 diagrams and seals for invocation of necromancy, spirits, witchcraft and black art, published by L.W. de Laurence in Chicago.

Or The Secret Tradition in Goetia from Waite Arthur Edward.

  • PHARMAKEIA (φάρμακον)

We have it everywhere and every day. Some people are completely convinced that they cannot survive without it…

The ancient Greek word for “pharmacy” means “witch” or “witchcraft”. I have read that its root meaning can also mean “poison”.

Here we have unclear etymology, you can tell me why, but most likely derived from Proto-Hellenic *pʰármakon. Cognate with Mycenaean Greek (pa-ma-ko /pʰármakon/).

  • THE CABALA or The Secret Mysteries of Ceremonial Magic by Francis Barrett.

This word CABAL is archaic version of what we call today : a secret intrigue.

It is about rule, order and goverment of Angels, Intelegences and Blessed Spirits or simple Art of calculating by divine names.

In book you can find Holy seals, Pentacles, the tables of Cabala, Divine numbers, characters and letters of miracles, prophecy, dreams, rare figures and other thing used in the CABALISTIC ART …

You cannot be a convinced Cabalist without becoming sorcerer and devoting yourself to the practice of occultism.

  • HERMETIC ART

discovering of Medicine of philosophers in TRUE SECRET OF PHILOSOPHER STONE or JEWEL OF ALCHYMY from 1801.

In a 1802 manuscript entitled, Directions for the Invocations of Spirits, Parkins is mentioned as a pupil of Barrett. Parkins appears to have practiced  horary astrology, crystal gazing, geomancy, herbal medicine, the construction of astrological talismans and ceremonial magic. Thus, through the efforts of a few studious and determined practitioners the traditional occult arts and sciences continued despite the deleterious effects of the “Enlightenment”.

Barret is best known for authoring or more accurately, for compiling the Magus. Published in London in 1801 it consists of selections from Cornelius Agrippa Three Books of Occult Philosophy, the Fourth Book of Occult Philosophy attributed to Agrippa and the Robert Turner’s 1655 translation of the Heptameron of Peter of Abano. Barrett made a few modifications and modernized the spelling and syntax of these selections.

Seeing there is a Threefold world, Elementary, Celestial and Intellectual, and every Inferior is governed by its Superior… the very Original and Chief Worker of All doth… convey the Virtues of his Omnipotency upon Us.
Cornelius Agrippa

Magic, says Agrippa,

“..produceth its wonderful effects, by uniting the virtues of things through the application of them one to the other, and to their inferior suitable subjects, joining and knitting them together thoroughly by the powers and virtues of the superior bodies.”

Three Books of Occult Philosophy, Bk. I, Chap. 2, page 5.

RITUAL MAGIC has two mayor disciplines.

First is divination magic.

  • DIVINATION (from Latin divinare “to foresee, to foretell, to predict, to prophesy “, related to divinus, divine), is practice of seeking knowledge of the future or the unknown by supernatural means.

We have Ancient and modern Divination.

  • AEROMANCY

Aeromancy (from Greek ἀήρ aḗr, “air”, and manteia, “divination”) is divination conducted by interpreting atmospheric conditions and aerial phenomany. Alternate spellings include arologie, aeriology and aërology.

  • PALMISTRY or DOWSING or fate in your hand
  • HYDROMANCE – Secrets which only waters can tell…
  • ESETORIC ASTROLOGY

“Every natural virtue doth work things far more wonderful when it is not only compounded of a natural proportion, but also is informed by a choice observation of the celestials opportune to this (viz. when the celestial power is most strong to that effect which we desire, and also helped by many celestials) by subjecting inferiors to the celestials as proper females to be made fruitful by their males.”

Three Books of Occult Philosophy, Bk. I, Chap. 29, page 357.
Thus everything that exists in the material world is under the rule of a particular celestial as each inferior thing had its origin through a superior. By identifying the ruler we may influence the ruled.

Some of that knowledge are used by charlatans for exploitation of superstitious persons. I will write more about it …

  • HORARY ASTROLOGY
  • ASTROLOGY TALISMAN
  • CRYSTAL GAZING
  • ANTHROPOMANCY

Anthropomancy is a method of divination by the entrails of dead or dying men or women, often virgin female children, through sacrifice. This practice was sometimes also called splanchomancy. In ancient Etruria and Rome, the usual variety of divination from entrails was haruspicy, in which the sacrifice was an animal.

But also, we horrible, savage abomination and consist disemboweling a human being then spending out entrails for the purpose of diving the future.

  • PYROMANCY – Divination by fire
  • ONEIRORITCS – Dream divination

  • CARTOMANCY

You know this one, looks harmless, like you just killing your time.

  • CLEROMANCY

Cleromancy is a form of sortition, casting of lots, in which an outcome is determined by means that normally would be considered random, such as the rolling of dice, but are sometimes believed to reveal the will of God, or other universal forces and entities.

  • GEOMANCY

I know one very well and I like him …

Then …

  • CEREMONIAL MAGIC
  • HERBAL MEDICINE

To be continued …

Also want to share with you story about our local football club Sarajevo which 1985 won championship of former Yugoslavia, with a little help from black sorcerer.
